    Amendment A - Principles

The success of The Rushing Party Gaming Community can be attributed to the necessity for extensive gaming and conduct management. Our management style stems from a strong foundation of principles with the purpose of establishing and maintaining a diversified and affable gaming environment. The environment and management are handled through democratic elections of Officers by their community Members.

    Guiding Principles;

    • Duty
    • Respect
    • Integrity
    • Loyalty
    • Leadership
Our rules are derived from our principles of Duty, Respect, Integrity, Loyalty, and Leadership. First and foremost in fostering a positive gaming experience for Members and Gamers we task our Officers with managing Members and Gamers through specific guides and rules. Our rules do not focus on a singular principle, but rather on the interconnection of principles. Thus, it is imperative for the development of rules which serve in multiple roles.
    • Security and Protection of the Gaming Environment (Non-hostile and non-discriminatory)
    • Maintenance and Welfare of the Gaming Community (Internal review and safeguard)
    • Protection and Welfare of Gamers (Relations to our Public Gamers and other Communities)
These rules are acknowledged and recognized by all our members before and upon joining our community. Both our Members and Public Gamers are voluntarily committing to these rules upon joining the community (referring to Members) and accessing our services (both Members and Public Gamers), entering an “agreement” which makes all parties liable to the clauses of the rules.

Violations of the rules will result in one or more of the following: Investigations, Warnings (verbal and/or in-game functions), and Bans/Removals (temporary and/or permanent). In addition, certain penalties for the violations require us to acquire evidence in the form of demos or screenshots. Please note that actions taken do not necessarily conform to a set format, and violations of the rules are dealt on a case-by-case basis. However, the clauses hereafter will serve to provide a base guideline for reference to meet a minimal, systematic level of uniformity.

We have provided a list of common ethnic slurs from Wikipedia (however not limited to), for which Public Gamers and Members can reference if there is any doubt that discriminatory terms may be used.

    Section 4
General mutual respect is needed for us to maintain the gaming environment and community we provide. Our Members and Public Gamers are expected to demonstrate a mutual understanding for the diversity of the environment and co-exist in a non-hostile manner.

In addition, Members should also recognize that our Public Gamers are valuable assets and essential to our community and services.
    • Members violating this rule risk infraction and/or removal from the Community.

Members and Public Games are welcome to express themselves accordingly and abide to the Rules set forth by The Rushing Party Gaming Community. If there is ever an issue of Admin abuse, we offer our gamers to report those instances on our forums. Furthermore, we encourage everyone to present a mature and patient attitude so that issues and hostile situations can be defused in a relatively peaceful manner.

    Amendment C -
    Rules on Integrity

    Section 1
Any Members/Public Gamers caught hacking/cheating will be permanently banned from all trP Servers. Community Policy constitutes that every individual is granted the opportunity to post an unban request. Once posted, the request will be reviewed and decided upon by the Marshal and Task Force. The Marshal and Task Force will be solely in charge of the investigations and the acquisition of different perspectives if needed. Violations of Integrity are listed as (not limited to): speed-hacking, auto-aim/aim-bot, no-recoil, walling, ghosting (when individuals communicate notifying each other where others are on the map). All bans for Violations of Integrity require a demo, or sufficient, comparable evidence subjected to the burden of proof. The following video demonstrates how to acquire a demo:

Section 2 - Common List of Hacks

    • Wall – This hack allows the player to see through walls. These hacks work by altering the display driver to display objects that are normally obscured.
    • Speed – This gives the player increased speed. These hacks work by sending false synchronization data to the servers.
    • No Recoil – This hack allows the player’s weapon to shoot straight on the x axis without a kickback by removing gun physics. Another related hack, the No Spread hack, is used to make a player’s weapon shoot straight along the y axis. Essentially, all the projectiles hit the same spot.
    • Aim-bot (Auto-aim) – This hack helps and allows the player aim at enemies with accurate precision. These hacks work by moving the player's view to anticipate an enemy's position.
    • ESP – This hack shows textual information about other players such as health, name, and distance
    • Anti-flash /Anti-smoke – This hack removes the effects of the flash-bang and smoke grenades.
We also encourage the vigilance of our Public Gamers in helping us establish our envisioned gaming environment by reporting, taking demos, and submitting ban requests.

    Section 1

The Rushing Party Gaming Community attempts to maintain a non-disruptive and affable environment for continuous and enjoyable game-play. We always promote, but do not require, the “rushing” strategy for completion of the objectives. However, certain instances require our Admins to “interfere” with the game-play such that there is an equitable distribution of time and enjoyment for all our gamers.

    • Spawn Camping (targeted specifically for CS Terrorists) after the 2:00 mark is HIGHLY discouraged. The “spawn” area is defined as the rectangular boundaries with the right-limit as the bottom of the ramp toward bomb-site Alpha, left-limit as the ramp and ledge toward bomb-site Bravo.

In addition to the rules listed here, they are subjected to Admin rules that were briefed to them in their training.
